Another Special Birthday

Someone special in my life is celebratingher 5th birthday today. Happy Birthday Chesca, Ate loves you so much. I miss you and your two Ate's as well. - How I wish she could get to read this one.

I just wish you're having happy birthday today. I can't go their house because I'm busy at the office, we're always required 4 to 8 hours of overtime because there are lots of works that needs to be finished.

We're going to move into our new house soon, probably by early May this year and me and my hubby, as well as our daughter are super excited about it. Zoe's Still Absent

Zoe is feeling a little better now, she has no fever anymore. However, the only problem is the infection in her foot that hinders her from walking properly. I know she hates what she's feeling for the past few days because she's not able to play with her friends and cousins the way she does. And since she can't walk properly and can't wear shoes or slipper yet, she's not able to attend class since Tuesday. I'm worried that she already missed a lot of lessons in school, although she can catch up and learn easily according to her teacher. Their final exam or the fourth grading exam will be next month and I think I really need to review her on all of the lessons she missed.

Spicy Tuna Pasta

Above is the photo of my recipe Spicy Tuna Pasta. It's a very simple and easy to do pasta which I've learned from my officemate, but of course I added something to make it uniquely made by me. It's good for snacks or even dinner which I did the last time I made one. And so today, I'm really craving to eat my recipe of Spicy Tuna Pasta but this time it wouldn't be spicy because my daughter can't be able to eat. So, to share with you the recipe, here it is.

spaghetti noodles
tuna flakes in oil
(it's up to you if you want a spicy tuna flakes in oil)
green bell pepper
red bell pepper
cheese

That's the only ingredients I used. You can add some ingredients if you want like mushroom, hotdog, whatever you prefer.

Wait, I'll go and buy a tuna flakes in oil and get busy cooking my recipe. I'm really craving. I'll have it for lunch today and for my snack in the office.

2 Days Absent

Last Monday and yesterday, Tuesday I was absent from work because my daughter Zoe is still so sick. I don't know what to do and I'm really worried about her. Maybe it's because of the wound she has in her foot. She can't walk properly and I actually cried last night when she told me "Mommy I can no longer walk, I will just be able to sit and lie down in bed." I really feel bad about what she told me. She feels sorry for herself. Last Sunday evening, she was doing fine. Although she has fever, she keeps on playing. But the next day, Monday, she's chilling and was very hot, her temperature was 38. Monday night she was doing fine again that she even played outside with her cousins and friends but again by Tuesday morning she was again chilling and was very hot. I didn't wake her up and just let her take a rest. I really thought I'll be able to go to the office yesterday afternoon but then my daughter keeps on asking me to stay with her in bed and take care of her until she feels better.

Today, she's feeling a little better although I'm still not at ease to leave her home with her yaya. But I need to go to work already because I was 2 days absent and my there are lots of work to be done. My hubby told me that I can leave our daughter to her yaya and assures me that our daughter will be okay soon. Well, that makes sense. I know her yaya will take care of her and my hubby will be home by 5pm so that makes me feel at ease somehow.

Date With My Mom

Yesterdat was Sunday and I planned to take my Mom out to the mall to have some time together. For the past few weeks, she's been staying at my brother's house to help them in taking care of the new baby. Me and my Mom went to the mall at around 2pm and Zoe who's getting better already follow to the mall with her Dad at past 3pm. We met together at the Castle Playground where my hubby left Zoe for an hour of play while he do his grocery. At 4pm we all ate at Greenwich and it was my hubby who treat us for a boutiful snack that we end up not eating dinner anymore, but we did had a midnight snack at home instead.

What did I buy yesterday? I did some grocery also for some of the stuffs we need at home; bought a pretty dress for Zoe; and bough a violet short for me. I also bought some groceries for my Mom and brother as well.

Zoe is not that okay today. Good thing there's no school today, I'll be able to take her to the faith healer.

Zoe Is Sick Again

What's happening to my daughter, she's sick again. I don't know what's happening to her. She was okay this morning the moment she woke up but then after a while, she's feeling so hot already. I don't want to go to office this afternoon because I want to look after my daughter, but since it's Saturday and my hubby don't have a work, he'll be the one to look after her while I'm work.

I just wish she'll be okay when I get home later tonight.

Zoe is very sick since last night. She has a fever and don't feel like eating anything, just plain water. She slept the whole day and was not really feeling well. I really feel bad about it. I kept on checking on her once in a while to see if she's still breathing. I wanna cry because I feel really bad and sad of what she's feeling. I just wanna hug her so tight to keep her secured and warm.

Her stomach keeps on aching that we hurriedly went to the hospital at around 11 in the evening. I called my cousin who is a nurse and who works at the said hospital to ask for assistance. My brother hurriedly went to the hospital also. My mom kept on texting me and asking me how's her granddaughter doing.

The moment the nurse told that they're going to get and test Zoe's blood I was really afraid about the syringe thing, you know. I'm not really afraid of it but I am for my daughter. I know she'll cry out loud and she did and I did cried as well because I somehow felt the pain she felt. Well, it was not actually a syringe, don't know what it is, but they did get a small amount of blood from my daughter in her right hand middle finger. Good thing she stop crying after that and wasn't traumatize however, she don't like to go back to the hospital again.

And so, the blood and urine test result was okay. There's no problem. The doctor just gave some medications for Zoe. And by tomorrow the stool test will follow as soon as Zoe is able to do so, you know what I mean.

Tomorrow I will bring her to her pediatrician for a follow-up check up. I just hope everything is okay.

A Special Rose For Me

Happy Valentines everyone!

Well, sad for me because I spent almost half of the day at work. From 6 in the morning until past 7 in the evening I was working since there are lots of things that needs to be finished. Good thing my hubby didn't get mad at me he just keeps on texting me to go home as soon as I can because he has a surprise for me.

A very special rose that he bought as early as possible this morning thinking that I'll go home by 2pm. Zoe was super excited about it and asked me right away if I did saw already the gift her dad gave me and if I did like it. Well, of course I do. It's not everyday that my hubby gives me a flower.

Zoe kept on asking me if she can have the rose so she can play with the petals, but of course I explained to her that it is not a toy, that it is a special gift for me from her dad so she should not play with it. And so, she just asked me if I can take pictures of her with the rose, and so I did.

Nothing really so special today. Me and my hubby will just have dinner some other time with the whole family since today he's celebrating his post birthday with his friends at our house.

Double Shift

Not just an ordinary day again. Well, our manager required us to "double time "with all the work we have so that we can finish them all before the weekend is over. But since our manpower at the office, in our specific project isn't enough, we are then required to work for extra hours in order to finish everything we need to finish. Unfortunately, it's not really nice to be pressured from work especially when we all encounter several problems - no need to explain that further anyway.

So today, I had worked from 6 in the morning until 10 in the evening. And as soon as I got home, I was really tired that I wanna sleep right away. However, since my daughter is still awake, of course I wasn't able to sleep right away instead we had played for some minutes and she did surprise me with a Valentine card which she made at her school with her own writings.

Oh yeah, tomorrow is Hearts Day, advance happy valentines day to everyone.

Happy Birthday Daddy

Today, my hubby celebrates his 32nd birthday. He's getting so much older, hehe! I surprised him with three red balloons, a birthday/valentine card, and a boxer brief which is the latest thing he wanted to have. I bought it yesterday together with my daughter and my officemate. My work schedule was 6am so I wasn't home the moment he woke up. But for sure he did got surprise seeing my gifts inside our room, at the top of the TV set upon opening his eyes. Our family together with my in-laws will not celebrate his birthday today instead this coming Friday. We'll just have dinner at the mall or wherever we decide and then by Saturday night there will be a drinking session here in our house with my hubby's friends. For sure it will be fun for them not much for me because I will not drink with them. Me and my daughter will just have our Valentines Day watching TV and bonding.

Valentines Day Plan

Today is February 2 and someone special is celebrating his birthday. Yes, he is special for me because he has been one of my closest high school batchmate and friend. Lawsuit Funding

Last year, Adam Goldstein or popularly known as DJ AM filed a complaint for negligence and breach of contract in Los Angeles Superior Court. Goldstein together with the punk rocker Travis Barker, who has also sued the companies were the lucky survivors of the Sept. 19 Learjet crash in South Carolina but not lucky enough as they were seriously burned escaping the plane.
